Audio in Teams Meetings – Teil 1: Headsets unter Windows

Jeder hat sich sicher schon mal Schwierigkeiten sein Headset in Teams in Betrieb zu nehmen und sich gefragt, wieso funktioniert mein Headset nicht genau so einfach und gut wie mit meinem Smartphone oder Tablet?

Die Antwort ist so einfach wie ernüchternd, Windows behandelt klassische Bluetooth Headsets technisch wie zwei Geräte, und verwendet unterschiedliche Protokolle: A2DP für Stereo Audio-Wiedergabe mit guter Qualität, aber ohne Mikrofon. HFP für gleichzeitige Mono Wiedergabe und Aufnahme (Mikrofon). Für die qualitativ hochwertige Audio-Wiedergabe handelt Windows den Codec dynamisch aus, basierend auf Priorität, Treiber und Fähigkeiten beider Geräte.

Vermutlich war ich nicht der Einzige, der beim neuen Teams Client die Unterstützung für das Stream Deck schmerzlich vermisst hat und sich daher mit dem Wechsel schwergetan hat. Heute war es dann endlich so weit, das Changelog des Stream Deck Plugin deutet es an:

today i want to share with you a workaround for the Power Automate Microsoft Teams actions “Post an Adaptive Card to a Teams user and wait for a response”, “Post an Adaptive Card to a Teams channel and wait for a response”, “Post your own Adaptive Card as the Flow bot to a channel” and “Post your own Adaptive Card as the Flow bot to a user”. Please notice these actions are all in preview so this could change after time. It took me a lot of time to find this information so I hope it will help you to not waste your time and nerves.
