News in SharePoint haben schon lange die Option als Newsletter versendet zu werden. In letzter zeit, zeigt sich dies auch in E-Mail optimierten Vorlagen für News und die Möglichkeit einen News Beitrag auch direkt per E-Mail zu versenden. Auch eigene News Templates können angelegt und zum Standard erklärt werden. Es macht also Sinn sich SharePoint Online News im Hinblick auf E-Mail Newsletter etwas genauer anzuschauen.

Power BI RLS from SharePoint column

And worse, the people are not mentioned in the file itself. Today I will show you how you can control access to a specific file using SharePoint and Row Level Security (RLS) in Power BI. Power Automate – Rename SharePoint file

Hey folks,

Today, there is a short quick tip on how to change the name of a document using Power Automate.

As you figured out already, when you are using the “Update file properties” action within Power Automate, you are only able to update the title field of a document, but not the name of the document. To update the file name, you need to use the “Send an HTTP request to SharePoint” action and update the field “FileLeafRef” as it references to the “name column” of the SharePoint library.
